İt is a surgery treatment when they remove the root tip. İn some cases the dentist can not perform a satisfactory root treatment. İt can depend on that the root canal is calcified or it is curved so he can not reach everywere and then it is not totally cleaned. İn such cases performes a small surgery called apical resection.
